Coatings that peel or flake and pavers that settle due to our base preparation.
Concrete & Crack Repairs
Repairs that fail or separate due to our materials or workmanship.
Leak Repairs
Repaired plumbing, fittings and patches that leak again at the repair point.
Filter & Plumbing Repairs
Parts we install on filters, valves and plumbing, along with any manufacturer warranty on those parts.
What's not covered
- Damage from improper water chemistry not maintained by our team
- Normal wear, fading and minor surface staining
- Ground movement, settling, flooding or storm damage
- Damage from freezing, misuse or accidents
- Work changed or repaired by another company
- Hairline cosmetic cracks that don't affect function
